2. System Specs
2.1 Luminaire Casing / Housing shall be 1.6 mm thick sheet Steel or Aluminum die cast having high conductivity. Design should take care that housing shall be dust and water proof having IP 65 protection.
2.2 Electronic components should be of reputed make. ICS should be industrial grade, capacitors preferably metallic film / paper/ polyester shall be rated for max temp of 105o C. Resistors should be of metal film preferably. LEDs will be of reputed make viz NICHIA / OSRAM / SEOUL / PHILIPS LUMILEDS / LEDNIUM / AVAGO.
2.3 Connecting wires used inside the Luminaire shall be fire retardant type
